About Sharlet

Sharlet Mohr is a dedicated professional, mother, and community-minded leader with a diverse background spanning telecommunications, energy, and business management. She is committed to bringing practical experience and a strong conservative voice to represent the people of District 23.

Sharlet began her career at Quest Telecommunications, where she worked for 12 years as a Service Delivery Coordinator. In this role, she played a key part in assisting with the setup of telecommunications processes for government systems, gaining valuable experience in coordination, logistics, and large-scale operational planning.

She later expanded her expertise in the energy sector, working for seven years in Halliburton’s tool department, where she served in office management and as an executive assistant. Her time there strengthened her skills in organization, leadership support, and managing complex operations. She also briefly worked with Neighbors Drilling and Pressure Pumping, further deepening her understanding of the oil and energy industries that are vital to North Dakota.

Currently, Sharlet provides accounting, bookkeeping, and controlling services for companies, helping businesses stay financially organized and efficient. Her work reflects a strong attention to detail, fiscal responsibility, and a commitment to supporting local enterprises.

Sharlet attended Williston State College and later pursued pre-med studies at the University of Phoenix. While her path ultimately led her into business and operations, her education reflects a strong work ethic and a willingness to pursue challenging fields.

As a mother of four and grandmother of three, Sharlet understands the importance of strong families and thriving communities. She is running to represent the conservative values of District 23 and to ensure that everyday North Dakotans have a voice in state government.
